OfferLogic Cookie & Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is intended to inform you about OfferLogic’s (“OfferLogic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive through the software and advertising services (“Services”) that we provide on third party websites of our Clients (the “OfferLogic Network”), through our corporate website, www.OfferLogic.com (“Website”), and through the business applications offered on the Website (“DashboardApps”). We collect information from visitors to the OfferLogic Network, the users of the DashboardApps, and visitors to the Website (collectively “Consumers”).

I. Overview

The Services help our Clients engage with Consumers during the buying process, gather and display product offers from Consumers to drive purchase decisions, and analyze and act upon that Consumer interest. II. Information We Collect Through the OfferLogic Network

Information You Submit

User Generated Content – As part of our Services to our Clients, we provide Consumers the ability to review and declare interest in products and services on websites within the OfferLogic Network (collectively, “User Generated Content”). You should be aware that any information you provide in the area that is intended to collect such User Generated Content will be recorded, collected, and used by OfferLogic, its subsidiaries, vendors and Clients. Therefore, please do not include any information within these areas that you do not want to share with OfferLogic or vendors, including personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address or financial information. OfferLogic uses User Generated Content for providing the Services to our Clients and vendors, marketing research, business lead generation, to personalize or improve our Services, and for analytical purposes.

Consumer Account Info – In order to submit User Generated Content, you will have to create an account with the OfferLogic Client whose products, services or goods you are interacting with. During the course of creating an account, you may be asked to submit information, such as but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address or phone number, and other data (collectively, “Consumer Account Info”). The Consumer Account Info may be collected by both OfferLogic and the applicable OfferLogic Client. OfferLogic uses Consumer Account Info to assist with the creation of an account, provide you the ability to review, declare interest in products and services made available by 3rd parties to Client websites on the OfferLogic Network.

How Our Clients Use User Generated Content and Consumer Account Info – To further understand how the OfferLogic Client to whom you have submitted User Generated Content and Consumer Account Info will use such data, please consult the terms and conditions on that Client’s website (e.g. the privacy policy).

Cookies and Other Technologies

Use of Cookies – We use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information from Consumers on the OfferLogic Network. Our technologies may collect the IP address of your computer, the pages you visit within the OfferLogic Network, the date and time of your visit, browser type and version and other click-stream data (collectively “Analytics and Tracking Data”). We use the Analytics and Tracking Data to operate the Services, enable the submission of User Generated Content, to enable anonymous analytics and measurement reporting.

Types of Technologies on the OfferLogic Network

  1. Web Beacons – Web beacons are small, graphic images on web pages or web-based documents or in email messages. We use web beacons in order to, determine the usefulness of the information our Services provide and to analyze general user traffic patterns.
  2. Cookies – OfferLogic uses its Client’s cookies on the OfferLogic Network. For more information on cookies, including how you can opt out, disable or delete cookies, please contact us.
Correcting, Updating or Deleting Your Information

If you would like to access, correct, amend, or delete Consumer Account Info or User Generated Content submitted through a Client, please contact that Client directly. If our Client requests us to update or remove your information from our systems, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) days. If you would like to access, correct, amend or delete any of your personally identifiable information held by OfferLogic, please contact us using one of the methods listed in this policy.

General Definition

Deleting, Disabling and Opting-out of Cookies

Simply closing your web browser or turning off your computer will not delete persistent cookies. In order to delete persistent cookies, you will need to manually delete them through your browser’s settings options.

If you receive marketing communications from OfferLogic and would no longer like to be contacted by us, please send a request to be opted out of marketing communications to privacy@offerlogic.com or by using the opt-out functionality in the marketing email.

VI. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date at the beginning of the policy. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account, if applicable) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective.

IX. Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children less than 13 years of age.

X. Disclosure of Information

We will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy policy. We do not sell your name, phone number, email or mail address to third parties.

Consumer Account Info may be made available to our Clients and vendors in certain circumstances. For example; if you submit a request to accept an offer for a product or service to a website on the OfferLogic Network, information about your declared interest, name, business name, address, phone, and email address will be shared with the company that you expressed interest in.

We may share User Generated Content and Consumer Account Info with third-party service providers (e.g., email service providers, data storage and processing facilities) in order for those service providers to perform business functions for us or on our behalf. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

We will also disclose any information we collect, use or receive: if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

In addition, any information in our possession or control will be disclosed in connection with any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, or other business transaction in which data could be transferred to third parties as one of our business assets.

We retain all personal information collected by or provided to us through the OfferLogic Network, the Website and the DashboardApps until the information is no longer necessary to: provide you with services; respond to your requests; authenticate your identity across the OfferLogic Network (e.g. for use with social authentication); monitor for fraudulent activity; and, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use security measures, including Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL), that are reasonably designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information.
